International Thalassemia Day 2023 Session

In line of Thalassemia International Day 2023, FAiTh (Fight Against Thalassemia) organized a meaningful awareness session for patients and parents on April 30, 2023, in Karachi. The event featured distinguished medical experts, including Endocrinologist Dr. Ayesha Sheikh from Aga Khan Hospital and Hemoglobinopathies specialist Dr. Asim Qidwai from Afzaal Memorial Thalassemia Foundation.

This enlightening session attracted participation from numerous patients and parents hailing from various thalassemia centers and hospitals. To expand our reach, we also conducted a live broadcast on Facebook, garnering significant appreciation from a wide audience.
